Bug won't tag but takes me to /forum/misc.php instead

I just upgraded to the latest version.

Whenever i try to tag someone, it takes me to this page instead of tagging.

Go into your Template Manager, expand the Advanced User Tagging Templates group, click all templates that are red and click the Revert button.

none of them are red, therefor i can't click the revert button

In that case, please ensure you have flushed any cache systems like vB Optimise.
