VBNotifications Updated

Hey,

I've finally managed to get Notifications updated after a hectic week. This should fix most of the reported issues right now such as SQL errors and notifications not showing. There are a few smaller kinks left to work out which should be sorted shortly.

To update, simply re-upload the files and re-import the product XML.

- Permanent Notifications may not work as expected.
