In the members setting area at the bottom LH side is Thanks [Settings] which has this in it.

Which when disabled turns off the stats in the postbit display.

This only works on your system!

It used to be controllable via acp but has now since disappeared.

This will be fixed in the upcoming bugfix version that you see previewed on this site :)

Any idea on a release date?
I really want to disable the settings for my members so they can adjust them.

I believe v1.1.5 includes this, unfortunately it seems to have slipped past the changelog, sorry about that :(

I'm sorry, i think i misunderstood this topic.
I want to disable the option functionality entirely for my end-users so that they can NOT configure the visibility of the thanks stats in the postbit/profile.
Is this possible in any way?

You could edit out the settings link from the dbtech_thanks_usercp_nav_link (least I think thats the template name), and also delete /dbtech/thanks_pro/actions/profile.php - that'll solve that :)

The absolutely needs to be an option in the admin, so the end-users ability to turn off the functionality is removed.

Out of curiosity, why do you want to limit the options a user has to configure their own forum experience?
