Legacy Starting private communication with mentioning someone

AUT is really new dimension in communicating with users on forums. Especially if you enable mentioning and tagging usergroups. But, we also could want to easily start private discussions originating from public ones.

I may want to further discuss with someone public post (for example, notify moderator about some breach of forum rules without reporting post, or just discuss anything privatly) and without need to start manually new PM and give link or copy&paste post's content, it would be convenient if I could use BBcode for starting private discussion.

I think that ! would be appropriate BBcode, but it could be something else.

As PMs have title, there could be three ways to specify title:

1. We could give it through BBcode, for example: !user_name!title_of_PM
2. It could be post's title, if we don't specify anything and post has title
3. If post has no title and we don't specify anything, default PM title would be used. It is defined in admincp.

This is, in my opinion very powerful option, to be able to start private discussion easily and conveniently. I think it wouldn't be too hard to program it, but as user experience goes, it would be huge improvement.
