How to get this to work with

Spiders Display on Forumhome and Who's Online for vb4

It would great to have a workaround.

There is a conflict with forumhome complete plugin.

Something with the split of staff and members.

I believe if you change the displayorder of the forumhome_complete plugin for that mod to a lower value will fix it, if not try a higher value than 5.

I have both mods installed, and that plugin I have set to 1 that seems to work just fine.

I checked and everything was set to 1
I have played around with the order and
I have now set InfoPanel forumhome_complete plugin at 2
and only part of it works.



Any Thoughts on Enable "Separate Staff" being part of the issue?

I think so but I also am on vb v4.1.7 still so maybe that has something to do with it.

Try putting the InfoPanel forumhome_complete plugin back to 1 and change the forumhome_complete plugin order of Bob's mod to something else.

I am on the newest versions for both...so far the above is the only combo that half works.

Then it would appear there's no way for the two to properly co-exist, as they both seem to modify the same array that each assume is left pristine

How about the Enable "Separate Staff"

Enabling this setting will separate Staff from Members on the Who's Online display on the main forum page.

Since Spiders are not Staff or Members.

Maybe a third split to show Spiders?

Over the course of the week I'll be working with the author of the Spider mod to find a solution, however for the next couple of days I will be rather busy

Great News
If dbtech decides to use the mod here...
those that have permission will be able to see
that some of the guest are spiders and the count behind the spider name.

It will also make some folks happy to have both mods working together.
