Hi

I've added an SSL certificate to my forum, but the vbShout being unsecured has resulted the page being classed as mixed content. Can I secure vbShout?

Change the forum url in your vbulletin options in order for vBShout to pick up and serve files over https.

Also, please update to the latest version as your version is vastly out of date. v6.2.2 was released Apr 17, 2014 and v6.2.18 was released Dec 26, 2016.
You can renew your license at a discount via your license list by clicking on the license and clicking the renew button in the top right corner.

We can only provide support for the latest version.
