Running 1.5.1 version. Can i upgrade without uninstall the old mod?

I got the 1.5.1 gold credits mod on my forum up and running without problems.
Can i install the new credits II mod without deleting the old one? So upload all the files and import the product.

Yes However only the currency and the amounts people have will be converted. Logs and settings have changed dramatically, so they are archived for the future for when they might be converted.
