Products and UnInstalling

I have a product installed that just will not UN-install
I click yes to confirm deletion but then an error comes up
I have had my host look at some time ago about they suggested that I talk with the developer...which has not workout for me.

I have tried disable via config file and then uninstall the product by vbAdmin but still nothing.

So after months I have come back to the issue and decided to ask my friends here at dbtech.

Invalid SQL:
DROP TABLE `pf_product`;

MySQL Error   : Unknown table 'pf_product'
Error Number  : 1051

Actually I tracked down the product. Load the following xml like you would if you were upgrading that mod, then un install the product.

Note: I have version 1.0.1 beta installed.

Ok export the xml and post it here in a zip, so I can edit it.

Ok load the xml in the zip like you would if you were upgrading, then un install the product.

So just the XML product to vBAdmin?

Yeah just import the xml, allowing overwrite, then un install.

Well that does not make any sense. pm me a admin account and cpanel info and I will look into it.

Ok sorted, the product is un installed, you probably should remove any product files that came with that mod as well.
