Move position of shoutbox

This morning I installed VSA Advanced forums statistics like what is installed here directly above the shoutbox.

I would like to display the statistics block before the shoutbox, like its displayed here. At the moment my shoutbox is displayed, then the statistics block. How can I switch them round?

It's actually DBTech InfoPanels we use here, and you can configure the location of the blocks through the ACP with infopanels, not really sure how you would change the location of the block for VSA Forum statistics to be honest.
