Bug Missing file

[Toorak Times Newspaper]

/home/toorak/public_html/dbtech/usertag/includes/class_install.php appears to be missing!

After being hacked AGAIN, I am reinstalling all mods. I uploaded all files correctly and when upoading xml got this above. How do I get this file please?

This can happen if you upload the upload folder itself to your public_html folder. Open it up, and drag-and-drop the contents of the upload folder instead.

I opened every folder in the zip and dropped the files in to their correct corresponding db file in Filezilla...except the DB User tag one which I dropped the whole DB file into the DB file you guys installed...and that is where i fell in a hole.

You need to remove all uploaded files if you intend to uninstall a modification
