Bug maybe a bug ? sure make the server hang :(

what is this ???

we have to disable entire domain to prevent the entire server be hang.

That line is incomplete so I cannot tell you more about why it's happening.

In either case, DBSEO does have a fair amount of vBulletin hooks, so if this is causing your server to hang then you need a more powerful server.
