Question How to keep dislikes from showing up in shoutbox

In my shoutbox messages keep showing up about dislikes given by users. However the dislikes function is turned off in the Advanced Post Thanks/like plugin. I only use the Thanks function. User are asking what this means and I'm not able to come up with a good explanation.

That makes no sense, if the Dislike function is turned off then it would not be able to post anything about Dislikes given. Plus, APTL does not insert a new shout when that button is clicked regardless of the settings.

Are you sure a member is not simply typing /me dislikes blah blah blah into the box?
