Bug Footer Formatting Issue

There is a slight footer formatting issue. The footer is on the right side of the page.

Once the rating questions have been added then the formatting is fine. This only occurs when there are no ratings.

Good catch, I've got it fixed for the next version. Had to tweak the template a bit and if there's no ratings the rating block wont show now.
