Question Error when uploading XML

All files appear to have uploaded properly. Getting the error below when importing the xml file

Please either edit your my.cnf file and increase max_allowed_packet to 128M, or contact your host and have them do it for you.

Your MySQL configuration is currently configured too strictly to install mods with a lot of phrases.

will do. i figured it was a setting like that
