error no vb.post table found

first i installed vbactivity v 1.1.2 and then got some eror when posting thread that cahche something not found etc
then i uninstalled the mod
its a live forum
its a personal forum of our class at localhost server in our university ..
but 200 ppl were present who have access to it
now it is saying this whenever i post what should i do

This is not a query vBActivity runs - and even if it was, it would not be running when the mod has been uninstalled.

I am unable to help with this issue, you need to disable every other modification you have installed and re-enable them one by one until you find the modification responsible, then contact the author of that mod.
