Bug Cannot add a second question, page not found

I am getting a page not found error when I try to save the second question I add:

For some reason the closed reason field was not liking the <p> symbols, so I took them out and put a break and it saved fine.
I also noticed that 1.1.0 has a problem where the brand free key doesn't remove the footer, so I fixed yours manually. I'll be fixed in the next release.

Confirmed -

The bug is even enabling use HTML in the cpanel, putting in a P tag causes page not found errors.

Is the error resolved by removing the <P>? Or was that another issue and you are having a similar issue. I'm a bit confused heh.
