We have it set to not go "LIVE" until a thread has >30 posts. At times we have gameday threads for basketball or football or other events and would like to change any thread created by a user to go "LIVE" before hitting 30 posts.
We see an option to override the forum settings if a manager creates a thread, just not to "moderate" it into being one if it wasn't.
