Will DBT Coders start creating their own hooks?

I ask this as the use of mods is heavily used and they all use mainly these hooks:

{vb:raw template_hook.postbit_userinfo_right_after_posts}
{vb:raw template_hook.postbit_userinfo_left}
{vb:raw template_hook.postbit_userinfo_right}

The positioning of certain postbit information can be crucial to how a site looks and of course if are able to split into singularity (Moods & Status for example) would bring a nicer looking forum and not some clustered mayhem!

I suppose your tab post thingy does the trick but just need that little extra breathing space

Unlikely, because we aim to avoid template edits. However, all DBTech mods that add postbit information allow manual placement of this information. That's how Postbit Tabs works
