Which modification is this

Ok as usual spent hours looking for a decent marquee systems that worked and looked good but as always i go full circle and wind up here then i notice this below. which mod is it and can't it auto display latest threads from a given forum only rather than all forums?

That is something that was custom coded in the vBEcommerse mod, for the use on our new skins and the site redesign.

Looked at a few time fella but its just to large for what i need but the testimonial thing was just about the right height.

IIRC you can control the height of the block with stylevars.
