Username in colors

How is this Item suppose to work. I have a couple of users who have bought this Item, complaining it doesn't work. Ara you supposed to do something in connection to the transaction?

Write the colour name either like this:
#000000
RGB(0,0,0)
black

In the input area that appears.

Just to clarify, Fillip H. is saying you can use Hex Code (i.e #000000), Colour Name (i.e black), or RGB position (i.e 0,0,0) Not that you have to use all three =)

Maybe for the next version some explanation could be built in. I run a non-english forum for young adults - they just wrote the danish word for the color....

In the description of this Item I want to make a link to a page with hex-codes, but apparently you can't use BBcodes in this section..??
