Bug Thumbnails not always showing on sub-forum/category file listings

When going to any sub-forum category not all thumbnails are showing for the listed files. It seems to be random which ones show and which don't. A refresh of the page and ones that show and don't show will always change. It seems very rare they all show if there is more than 2 filenames listed on the on the page.

See this happening on all internet browsers.

Edit: I can no longer duplicate this issue I was seeing yesterday. Will report back if I see it again.

Same issue here. I've always had that issue.

I'll need a way to replicate this 100% of the time, or an error message from the error log, in order to fix this.
