That means your forum cache is corrupt. You need to upload tools.php from the do_not_upload folder in your vBulletin download, and rebuild the forum cache from there.
To clarify, vBShout does not hook into the forum manager at all, so it's not an issue in vBShout![]()
If you rebuilt the forum cache in tools.php before you deleted it, and it's still not working, then please contact vBulletin Support, as I don't believe I can assist you any further.
In order for you to receive support, you need to only mention that the Forum Manager is broken - mentioning that a 3rd party product is also broken may make them tell you that it's an issue in a 3rd party product and they won't be able to help - even when the issue is in their software.

I've fixed it on your site, the issue was that Step 3 of the 5.4.0 Upgrade Notes.txt document had not been completed - I deleted the relevant files from /includes/xml and it is now working as intended![]()
