Bug No notifications when New Thread is created

I have a problem: The notifications of 'Followed Threads' (PM/EMAIL) NOT works when a followed-user create a new thread

For other hand 'Followed Posts' notifications works correctly

Any sugestion to fix it?

VB 4.2.5
PHP 7.1

I disabled all add-ons, one by one, and at the end I still with no notifications for new 'Following Threads' :/

I don't know, sorry. Given that this is a free add-on for vBulletin (a platform that's no longer receiving active development in form of new add-ons or features), I'm not planning on spending resources investigating it.
