Question New avatars doesn't save after i purchase the parts

Hi guys,

I already put new parts and i could see all of them, i purchased them, weared them, but when i press save nothing happens.

If you want to check you have my info already

The account info you provided has changed, I'm unable to log in with the credentials you provided previously.
 
The problem is that you are using a script to compress and minify the .js files from vBAvatar. I looked at your product list but I am unable to determine what product could be responsible for this from the list of installed products.

Any changes I make to the .js file does not get picked up by your forum, and the .js file will remain broken until you correct this issue.
 
but if is what like this, the default avatars shouldn't work too, but it does, both wouldn't worlk if it was .js conflict
 
Also male base can't be deleted when you want to change to new boddy.

Here in your forum if i change boddy then it works, i had the same mods as i have now when you wear all the clothes on your avatar in my forum, i guess it is something wrong with mod or i don't know.

I found a bug here, if you have 2 boddies (lets say white and black) you choose white and then you choose black and then you want to turn back to white boddy u can't
 
I already disabled all the products related images and many other ans still the issue remains.

After that it should be working but i can see the same issue...

You have my infos, please find a fix for it.
 
You are still running Beta 1 it would seem, which is no longer supported :)

Please update to the Gold version before reporting any further issues.
 
dbtech/avatars/clientscript/avatars.js is still showing on your site as having whitespace stripped out. This is not how the file was created, and it still doesn't pick up any of my edits.

Until you figure out why that is happening I will be unable to assist you any further with this issue :(
 
I will check this, but it is kind frustrating because it was working right before and i didn't touch the forum, also i bought vbcredit in order to use vbavatar and it looks like i wasted my money.

I told you i found a bug about male base boddies, you can't change back the previous boddy.
 
That has been fixed for Gold, but as your forum does not pick up .js file changes you don't see the fix :(
 
why my forum doesn't pick up this .js file, i really hate it, i am not expert on this so i don't know what else to do, i asked to some friends that knows about vbulletin and they also blame the product, i already disabled all the products, and still nothing...

seriously, could you ask to some expert on this to give us a hand, i am a good customer.

Do you have avatars gold in your forum? i want to see if it is fix or not here.
 
Yeah we have the Gold version here on this site :)

Can you try re-downloading and re-uploading all vBAvatars files, then disable all other mods other than vBAvatars to see if that fixes it for you?

Continuously check /dbtech/avatars/clientscript/avatars.js (remember to Ctrl+F5) after each mod you disable until you see the file no longer look "clumped up" on one line.

Ok i did what you said, still no working man :/

All mods disabled, re uploaded all the files and xml and nothing, still same issue, i was refreshing the .js and still clumped...

Also i've repaired cache and nothing happened, still same issue.

My forum is there without any mod working except vbavatars (plus other mod about veryfication register, i disabled it and avatar doesn't work, i enabled it again otherwise my forum will be fulled of bots, if you want when you get into my forum you can disabled for a while to check vbavatars function).

You said man boddy can't use female parts and see my avatar i have boddy male, boddy clothes but female hair.

In that case, could you please contact your host and see if they have any idea about server-side software that causes the JS file to be clumped?

We don't have it set up to prevent that here on DBTech as a deliberate choice :) (regarding avatar parts being unisex)
 
Ok i spoke to support of my vps hosting and they told me this when i asked about clumped on JS file:

I'm sorry, but that's a coding issue, and JavaScript renders client side, not server side
