How can i reset all purchases, gifts etc. I just want to reset everything.

It's probs easiest to reinstall the mod, in that case.

There's currently no reset switch, though one will be added to a future version

We are just having so many problems with VBCredits, VBActivity and VBShop.

I am seriously just going to uninstall them. I love the mods but they are seriously getting me depressed and down.

It would be nice if we can arrange for someone to come and sort out the mods, because we just end up keep rebuilding, resetting, etc. It just does not work right, and then people glitch it and end up with over 10million buckz

Unfortunately it's not possible for anyone to come and sort out the mods; until we're told exactly how the glitches happen then it's not possible to fix them.

Beyond that, "just does not work right" isn't feedback we're able to build from - it doesn't tell us anything about how the mods should be changed.

Believe me, we really want to satisfy all our customers, but to do that we need constructive feedback

Well, the VBCredits get's glitched because Donations did not takeaway cash, instead they gave it (even though the checkbox was checked for Charge)
VBActivity not everyone has the tab in there profile, and not everyone has the points they deserve
VBShop - Theft protection does not work, i bought imunity and had 1Mill Credits stolen.

We make any changes to VBCredits, then people can glitch the system. It's just we want it all to be usable, but at the moment, it is not happening and we have to keep disabling stuff.

Being an admin myself I do understand you need the exact details.
But I believe the settings for the vbshop and vb credits have not been configured properly and as you guys know what you are doing, it will only take a couple of minutes to see which settings are messed up.

The vBActivity tab - are you sure those users aren't in an excluded usergroup?

Just wondered if someone could come on and ensure our settings are ok, we just don't want any more problems.
