Question Give Partial Admins access to Super PM system

Hello,

We have several folks in team lead positions that we would like to be able to use the Super PM system. However, in Administrator Permissions, we do not any way to give them access to this mod to allow them to send community wide messages.

Any suggestions?

You would have to allow the admins Can Administer Settings in order to be able to access the settings for the mod.

Now that I think about it, if you are wanting them to be able to use the PM Mass Send PM's, they need the Can Administer Users set to Yes.

Where do I find that setting? I do not see that in any of the SuperPM mod settings.

In Administrator Permissions for the users, not in the vBSuper Pm settings.

I see what you mean, only problem is that this would give WAY too much access for folks to be able to go thru and change core vB settings, even turn the board off or put maintenance mode on. Not to mention edit settings for several other DBT mods we have .

Is there any way to either make the SuperPM system available in ModCP or limit access ONLY to the SuperPM mod (but not give access to all vB settings)?

Nope, that is not how vBulletin options work unfortunately. But like you wanted in your OP, if you set a admin to Can Administer Users in the Administrator Permissions for the users, they will be able to send mass PM's to the users, they don't need access to settings for that.
