I was importing games just fine and all of a sudden I started getting this error:

Warning: require_once([path]/dbtech/vbarcade/systems/.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/admincp/arcade_admin.php on line 1698

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/xxxx/public_html/dbtech/vbarcade/systems/.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/xxxx/public_html/admincp/arcade_admin.php on line 1698

I was able to import 30+ games today before the error occurred.

I already did that and it didn't help. I contacted my host and I was told that..

"From the errors we are seeing, its in regards to the this error, its the plugin that is timing out,
I would contact the developer first. As i wouldnt want you to pay for the VPS, if its not needed. "

Did you do that after he told you to reload the file, he may have made a adjustment it there to compensate.

Me and the support tried it before and after he made an adjustment and we both are getting the same error.

Could you please create and PM me with a temporary AdminCP account?

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new AdminCP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues. It should ideally be a temporary account created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

Thank you for helping us debug our products and allowing us to assist you, we appreciate it

I tried looking around on your site and was unable to reproduce this. Can you still get it to happen?

Your files look fine, especially the directory it claimed caused the error, so not sure how you could have gotten the error.

The mention about timing out from your host support (and the fact that you were importing from mochi) suggests that importing from there was taking longer than normal. Did it gradually get slower as you imported more, until finally timing out (or showing that error)?

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

PHP Fatal error: require_once() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Failed opening required '/home/xxxx/public_html/dbtech/vbarcade/systems/.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/xxxx/public_html/admincp/arcade_admin.php on line 1698

Did it gradually get slower as you imported more, until finally timing out (or showing that error)?

Are you able to wait a day, and importing works again, until you start getting a few pages deep?

I tried to import a game from Featured Mochi. I selected Paladog and got the error. Importing 25 or just 1 gets me the error. Ive been trying everyday and I always receive the error.

I tried importing paladog locally. It was a 20.4MB file, and it took about 2-3 minutes to transfer. Yours gave up after awhile, with the internal server error. I believe your server got tired of waiting for php to finish downloading the file, and so killed it with that.

While mochi does send the filesize before I download it (in this case, paladog is around ten times the average game size), it is difficult to determine a window at which to skip/warn/something downloading such games because each site is not only set with different limits, but the strength of server skews how fast it would take anyway.

Basically: skip that game. Choosing 25 at a time was a red herring, because it still included paladog.
