Bug Activity action conflicts with 'Login to User Account' Mod

When having an activity action active and logging in to a user's account using VSA's mod, the activity is triggered regardless of max times it can be triggered within the settings.

When I log into a user's account, all my activity that I do (even just refreshing a page) will trigger the activity and reward points to the member's account. So just refreshing a page 3 times gives the member activity points 3 times which should only be given 1 time per 24 hours.

When the user is in charge of his own account, it still only triggers once right?

Yes, that's correct. The only time it overrides the settings (awarding activity points every time an action-like refresh, page load, etc. by the admin) is when an admin is logged into a user's account using the above mod.

It works normally if the admin does not log into a user's account.
