Bug Notifications not working with legacy mode on

When I have the "Legacy System (Pro)" opton selected The only notification features that seem to be working for me are the global notification, the shoutbox for PM and the PM pop up. The Notifications do not show up on top where they would regularly...The drop down box doesn't even appear. Just says "notifications" but u can't select it.

When the extended bar is selected they work but I would like to use the legacy system.

This happens on both default and custom skin.

This is a known issue that I am in the process of fixing! I should have a fix very soon!

Update on my issue after the upgrade

My fullbar no longer shows up on the bottom...I only receive notification in chat box. Global notifications still work. In legacy mode I still also receive no notification.

Just checking through all settings. Are there supposed to be checkboxes here?

Yes their is supposed to be boxes there, did you set up the permissions in Manage Notification types?

Ok thanks! I forgot to redo the settings when I reinstalled a minute ago. So now the only thing that doesn't work for me is the legacy after the upgrade.

Ok I think I see the problem, you need to set up the Manage Notification Types under the DBTech - vBNotifications tab in ACP, you need to click on edit for each one and set up the permissions for each notification, and some of them need a Title.

I have disabled the product till you can go through that and set up the perms for each one, as I do not know how you want them set up.

I will check in later and see how it's going.

Also do you have a test user I can use to test it out once I check back in, if so pm me the name and pw.

I also think I enabled another DBT product you had disabled, so check your manage products page and see.

You should send a email to the users that they need to configure the notifications in their usercp under Notifications Configure.
