Bug Way too many sleep queries.

Bought the plugin , migrated all settings from vbseo, unistalled.. installed dbseo and trying it live... hounded with a lot of queries.

Sleeping queries aren't actually an issue at all. They're just connections your server keeps enabled in case of further queries coming from the same client.

That being said, I will investigate whether the method I used for closing the database connection is not working as intended and post back.

To re-iterate, you will suffer absolutely no negative consequences from these "sleeping" connections.

Well, they caused an increase in server load and increased my connectivity with php for some odd reason.

That's odd, that goes against what my research turned up. Are you using the "persistent connections" flag in config.php? If so, maybe the fact that DBSEO opens a separate MySQL connection somehow causes that, and the explanations I found did not deal with persistent connections.

In either event, I have just uploaded a hotfix to the following 2 files:
/dbtech/dbseo/hooks/global_complete.php
/dbtech/dbseo/includes/class_db.php

These changes should correctly shut down the extra DB connection both in the event of DBSEO terminating script execution, and in the event of vB "taking over" as is normal.

Please let me know if this alleviates the problem, do note that you may wish to terminate existing sleeping connections and/or wait for them to expire before making a judgement as to whether it's been fixed, as I cannot close existing open connections.

When trying to perform a sitemap build it access an incorrect url
/dbseocp/dbseo.php?do=buildsitemap

should be

index.php?do=

plus, it just halts on processing atm, might be a local configuration error though.

From where are you seeing that? I'm unable to replicate it locally, so I'll need to know how you reached the page that displays that link.
