Bug vBulletin banned emails ignored

Hi
I think banned emails set in the vbulletin settings are being ignored for us, I banned a domain a while ago and I just found accounts registering recently using that domain.
Is the banned list working currently?
I am still check if other addons are causing the problem.

AdvReg does respect the banned email list, exactly like the vB registration system does, if you have email verification enabled in AdvReg
