Question auto usergroup

I have a question. we have a gaming community and I'm wondering if there is a way for the mod to place a new member in a selected usergroup by determining which question they answer in the registration form. example questions:

Xbox user name: test

Playstation user name: (blank)

I would want it to put the user in the xbox usergroup which we already have. and viceversa if they just entered data in the playstation user name.

is there a way for this to be done?

That would require a custom modification, there's no way to do that with AdvReg unfortunately

You can control landing groups, but not based on a specific question like that.
