Question Unsupported Mod?

Hi,

I've noticed in the support forum that quite a few people are seeking support from the dev, who is currently unavailable. I purchases the pro version last night and also bought a year of support, which I need at the moment.

Can you tell us how long it will be before the dev is able to get back to his mod?

Is it wise to keep an unsupported (for 2.5 months) mod for sale here without a small warning that the dev is MIA?

Not trying to be a jerk but I never thought to check if the mod was being supported before I purchased.

We still have two developers (myself and David) who are able to handle most support requests.

If you could point me towards your thread then we will assist you as soon as possible

Just to add to what Fillip H. said: At DBTech we have a structure in place which means even if something should happen to any of the coders, there are people ready to step in to take their place, unlike many other mod developers =)
