Question Thread Title Style - where does the user input the thread ID?

Maybe I'm missing something - I'm not seeing a place to insert the thread ID after purchasing "Thread Title Style (Pre-Defined)". I have "Allow Re-Configuration" checked, but there is no option to re-configure like with other options.

They don't, it affects all threads posted by that user

ohh. Crap. Well, if that's the case then that doesn't seem to be working either.

Is it supposed to apply only to new threads or is it retroactive?

Regardless, it doesn't want to work in either case on my site.
