Bug SQL Error

After Installing this in my XAMPP-Test Area (with a mirrored online Board) i have the following error when i want to enter the User-Panel:

Have you entered debug mode and messed with the points settings for Total Points?

After deinstall and a new installing, the error is gone....

Where i can enter the debug-Mode?

And for what are Total Points good? I mean, why can i give Total Points - Total Points are the whole Points from a Member or not?

You really shouldn't mess with it, if it works now then that's good
