It's possible, you could disable all other mods, and see if the issue still is happening.

If it does maybe it is a file perm thing in ftp, but am not sure.

I mean the way your file perms are set on ftp due to your PHP 5 Handler the way it is set up, but I doubt it as Fillip H. was not able to see that issue

disabled all my plugins and it is not them that is doing it

all file permissons are vb default

Then I am at a loss, I will look into it a little bit later and see if I can come up with a reason why it is doing that

I have found out the root cause of this, if you have Shout Input Area Default Location set to left or right of shouts that cauzes the issue.

So I set your location Above shouts and it solves the problem.
