Question Side block not working

Hello i just bought 4 different things here and can only get the shout working, i cant get the donations side block to work just shows a big red block on the top of the forum?

The red block you are seeing at the top is for the banners, you can add images to it from this post, http://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/f171/banners-go-vbdonate-pro-7952/ or disable it in the settings, Rotating Banner Settings

For the sideblock themselves, did you add them via Forums & Moderators / Forum Blocks Manager / Add Block? And also enable sideblocks globally, Settings / Options / Forum Sidebar and Block Options?
