Legacy Remove TOP X received/given from statistics

Hiao all,

i'd like to ask (request feature) how to hide specific TOP xx Given/Received field from statistics.

On my forum, some of the users started to "gather" a _bad_ points just because they want to be "first" and also some of the users giving _bad_ rates without any reason every day to random posts ... they just want to see themselfs "winning that bracket", so the whole system will be useless soon ...

So the way to strip all "given" stats and also "received" _bad_ rates would be nice ...
