Still not right on this one for me,regardless of settings.I've lost my pm's to email which should post instantly.Disabling the new batching cron job in vb2...Which by default is set to 10 mins.Still no joy..I would agree with triggering traffic might play apart..But something's wrong..

Ok looks like I sorted a few server issues out,and after re-testing the 2 hr window with an 1 hour forfeit..Invite was instant and the forfeit email/pm returned with around 50 mins of tourney time left..

Did you apply the edit to bypass the email queue? That will make the timing dependent on your traffic only (if its just you on your own test site, might have to refresh a bit around the time you think it should be happening)

Otherwise awesome If someone can test 3 hour limit and 2 hour reminder - and making sure it does NOT send a second reminder at 1 hour to go, then I'll officially call this working.

Yes did the edit,and can confirm 3 hour limit and 2 hour reminder worked fine and no last hour reminder..
