Question no navbar add quiz

Hello

i did instaal 4 programs now and most working fine
the last 2 i have some questions but ill start with quiz

i dont get a bar with add quiz or hall of fame or like Quiz Main Page - DragonByte Tech | vBulletin Mods & Addons

what do or did i do wrong??

sorry found it
settings user groups ( old posting told me )
but as other poster asked, maybe good to set deafaults when in stall

I'm sorry about that. I have the install set to configure default permissions for admin. I'll check and see why it's not working.
