Legacy Mention and Tag Notifications in Shoutbox

I think it would be nice if notifications for mentions and tags showed up in the chat (but only for the person being mentioned/tagged and possibly the mentioner/tagger).

That is already a feature, but since it counts as a Notification it may be hidden by your configuration. You can see them in the Notifications tab, though

I'm not seeing them in the notifications field. (Just tested as menionee and mentioner.)

Have you enabled the integration in User Tagging's vBOptions?

no will verify the settings there...my guess is this is where the issue is.

Yup, I think the shoutbox should be set.

Let me ask you guys this...for the mentions/tagging do they function like the pm's where only the person being mentioned & the mentioner sees them?

Looks like it does. Now, I have a tab for user tags. But I think it would be better to have them show in line with the shouts.

Is this possible?
