Make the default colors match closer to the style instead of the vB Blue

When a page loads, before the images are loaded, the page elements are displayed, many of these are the default vB Blue color, then they get overlayed with the styling from the theme. There's a large contrast between the blue and the MMO theme, so it looks a bit ugly when loading.

Obviously not a big deal, but would look better. =)
