Bug Installation Problems

I'm having a bit of an installation issue. After selecting the XML file in the product manager and hitting "Import", it whirs away for 30 seconds or so before displaying a blank white screen (image attached).

Tried is again, with allowed overwrite set to yes. It gets a bit further, but stalls:

Is your forum massively huge? That's the only reason I can think of...

It's not *massively* huge, no. It's a moderately large board.

After altering the user table it'll move on to the usergroup table, that shouldn't trigger a timeout unless your MySQL server has an issue.

Can you try adding

ini_set('display_errors', true);

just beneath <?php in the config.php file? That should at least show the error message.

I got it to work by repeatedly trying. It's all good!
