I have the same problem: There is no Thank/Like/Dislike option on the first post, there is on the next two, but not on the forth. I have checked and the author hasn't disabled the ability to Thank etc, as far as I can see.

What could be wrong?

If you've got the latest files on your site, then I really have no idea. I'll take another look at it once it's time for a maintenance release, though.

Yes, I have the latest files - one observation regarding one of the people that replied to the thread and who doesn't have the option for people to thank him for his post - unlike other members that post, although the fact that he has replied to a thread is shown, there is no link shown in the Shoutbox (Dragonbyte Shoutbox!) Lite

Posts without the thanks available were most likely posted using some method outside the normal vBulletin posting.
