Question How to use sell back facility

How does a user sell back an item they have purchased, and will this undo it, such as their username style being reverted, or their created forum being deleted?

In their Inventory, eligible items that have a sellback value and/or not reached the time limit for sellbacks (as per your item configuration) will have a Sell Back button.

Most items will have their effect reversed, but certain things are irreversible (such as Username Changes).

Created forums will not be deleted, since they may have posts in them which would either delete those posts or leave them orphans, forcing you to use the AdminCP vBulletin tool to delete them.

Ah, thanks for the clarification Is there a way to change the font style for the usernames and titles, or just the colours?

There's "Username Style" item type; you can change Bold, Italic, Underline, Colour, Glow, Shadow

Admin specifies which one of these are allowed, users choose their own hex codes for colour, glow and shadow. Pro version contains a separate pre-defined item type which works the same way, except users cannot choose the colours there - they are admin specified.

So they can change the styling, but not the actual font name?

That's correct, there's currently no way to change font-family.
