How to remove "Active Users" tab and stop notifications for Shouts and Posts etc

How do i remove the active users tab and stop all notifications from the main shoutbox room ?

You cannot remove the Active Users tab, sorry.

To stop the notifications, go to your Instance Management screen, edit your instance and set all the "interval" settings to 0.

Hi I did change "interval" settings to 0 but notifications din't stop.

Its annoying my users. Looking for prompt support on this.

Should I set Post Marker Interval, Thread Marker Interval and Member Marker Interval to 0 ?

Depends, if you want those notifications or not, Member Marker Interval is the one in your screenshot.

In case you were wondering regarding why multiple users are showing up as member #1150 , it only counts members that are not in usergroup 3 and 4 - if users fall back into those UGs then they will no longer be counted towards the total.
