Bug Disable the complete comment box?

I purchased this nice Add-on.

But my problem from this: http://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/f136/disable-complete-comment-box-9388/

follow to exist!

How can i put away this "Status/Comment-Box" in the Forum-Sidebar?

Ah, I was confused when I saw "comment box".

You are absolutely correct that it should not appear when the maximum characters are set to 0.

Oh...and this (in the Forum-Posts) i need to disable, too!!!

Update: Done, both these issues should now be fixed. You can re-download and re-import the product XML file for v1.2.3 - no file uploads are needed
