Changing Font Color, Weight, etc.

When changing the font color, weight and other settings...it affects every shout you have posted, not just the current one. Is this intentional?

I've noticed this on the instance for 3.8.x. Don't recall for 4.x

It is indeed, it's not meant to function like forum BBCode, but rather as a global shout style

You can still manually use the BBCode to style individual shouts, so long as your usergroup has the permission to use those BBCodes in the instance's permission editor.
