I'm confused, did one of our feature lists say this was included before you purchased?
If no i'm not really sure what you're expecting of us here to be honest. We add as many user requested features as possible in each update, but with hundreds of customers and several products it's impossible for us to instantly drop everything to do add features someone wants right then and there.
Sorry if you feel we have let you down in some way, and i welcome your suggestions about how we could improve in future.

I guess it just seems like a Basic feature to me in Any kind of shop- it's rather difficult to mail items to members when (as an Admin) you have absolutely NO idea they were ever purchased because there isn't Any place at all to let you know.
Actually Yes, the originally worded post did mention Complete Admin notice,which is Why I bought it and now has been changed to reference Lottery notices-
It was my error to assume the product would be as good as the vbActivity. I'm just extremely disappointed that I wasted my money and still (months later) do not have a usable product. There isn't even a blanket list to see all the purchases made, nothing whatsoever. What is the point of having a Shop and not being able to see if People are even using it or how much they are using it?

vBShop was designed as a shop to sell permissions for your forum to members and "gift" images - it was not designed for selling physical items, nor have we ever claimed it is suitable for that.
On our puchase page we have quite a detailed list of what can be purchased, and nowhere are physical goods mentioned. If there was something that confused you or led you to believe that would be the case would you be so kind as to copy and paste it for me so I can have it edited to avoid the situation in future?
Unfortunately different people have different ideas of what a "basic" feature is. For instance some people think multiple chat rooms is a basic feature of a shoutbox, some see it as an advanced feature. Equally some people would say the ability to buy physical items is an advanced feature of a shop mod (In fact if you check out our projects for vBShop we've had some customers request we *don't* add that feature). Equally it could be argued that a shop mods basic features should be selling things, and that tracking sales etc isn't a basic feature, it's usually better to ask about features you require, or ensure they are in the feature list if they are important to you.
As to your other point, I had a look through all of my documents to see if i could find any reference to admin notifications and i was unable to. Could you direct me to where you think it was posted originally so i can check to see if we have logs of the post?

The "purchase history" is user end only- you might want to clear that up- it's quite misleading.
So yes, I found that wording VERY misleading. After having wasted $50 on a product I can't use, I will be sure NOT to make that mistake again, with ANY company.
