Legacy Allow users to buy a Sticky thread w/ expire time

I would like to request a store item that would allow users to buy sticky threads with a admin set expire time. This is a feature that existed on vbplaza.

This probably won't make it into v2.0 or the shortly-thereafter 2.1, but it is something we intend to add in a future version

Update: This will be implemented in vBShop v3

The Item Duration will determine how long the thread remains sticky, and there will be a forum exclusion multi-select where you can exclude certain forums from being able to have their thread stickied.

In addition, threads that are already stickied - either via another purchase or via moderation - can't be stickied. This should ensure that you won't have trolls unsticking existing sticky threads.
